We are a construction company based in Reading. Our main focus is to deliver a high quality, friendly and a reliable service for all your residential construction needs.
Mark Welford is the company director and driving force behind the company. After leaving school, Mark embarked on a 3 year bricklaying apprenticeship and now backs that up with a further 23 years experience in the construction world. Mark has spent many years locating some of the best tradesmen in the area to ensure M J Welford Construction can deliver the best job possible. We cover all areas of construction including, groundworks, brickwork, roofing, alterations and structural work, kitchen and bathroom installations and many more.
We have also forged excellent working relationship's with several local architects and can take care of design, planning applications and building reg applications. Ensuring a hassle free experience from start to finish.
